1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use
insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
2. Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
Ensure consistent and effective communication across all marketing channels.
3. Collateral Development: Create product marketing collateral, including but not limited to product presentations,
pictures, videos, brochures, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
4. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that empower them to effectively sell
products. Provide training on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and leads. Monitor and
analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
6. Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates. Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and
success stories to strengthen the brand and build credibility.
7. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on
product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. English proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, coupled with proven experience collaborating with
teams from US and European subsidiaries.
3. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fitness equipment industry is a plus
4. Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
